"lady was rude and dismissed every answer i gave her about my dog. she asked when she last groomed and i answered maybe a couple years and she said " like never?" rude. said my dog as matted down to the skin. no she was not. now she is covered w burn marks and is miserable from the shave down she got. good thing I don't live there and won't ever have to go back. find someplace else if you love your dog. also cigarette smoke is not the shampoo choice i would have chosen for my dog. nasty place"
