"This used to be a pretty good place, but the last several visits they absolutely did not follow instructions. This last time we asked for our two dogs to be bathed and nails trimmed. They came back with the hair cut short on their back haunches and feet, and trimmed elsewhere. We DID NOT ask for a cut. We will not be back."
