"When my husband and I took our two miniature schnauzers here, we had only one request each... My husband did NOT want our male dog's beard cut and I did NOT want our female dog's ears cut. We both were disappointed to the point of tears, after NOT being listened too. I waited a couple of days to write this review. Hoping that our response to this damaging service wasn't over reactive. But the more we looked at these dogs, the more upset we became. We both remained calm at the shop because nothing was going to bring back their hair but time. Unfortunately, we have puppies on the way. The unquiness of our dogs is now gone and will take at least a year to grow back to where it was. To add insult to injury, the dog cuts were butchered; uneven from head to toe and the schnauzer skirts were non-existent. I can't speak for other dog breed cuts, but the ability to cut a schnauzer is just not there, even though one of women owns one. And apparently, even though our dog's have been going to a groomer their whole life, now one of the them, "can't be groomed"? We were forced to pay an extra $10 for me, a disabled war veteran, to help them do their job by me assisting them in cutting my dog's hair. Needless to say, they made us pay before they showed us our dogs.They couldn't even get the dog harness back on. Seriously? Our dogs are our children. And like our child, instructions with them are very clear; a side effect of me being in the military. These women failed and they failed miserably. Which all could have been avoided with a little listening and a little patience. They were polite though about blaming us for their mistake and they did offer free baths. But had she been listening, she would of heard me say, "I bathe these dogs every week myself". So, sadly disappointed."
