He helped me put my shoe on showed me all about it gave me little discounts here and there where he could to help me out since I was buying so many shoes. He took the time to talk to us and interact with my daughter trade home because of AJ. It’s definitely going to be where I go get our family shoes from now on."

"Stopped by "Tradehome" yesterday after leaving another shoe store in the mall. I was shopping for my son and needed help finding his size. No one had greeted us or asked if we needed help at the previous store. As soon as me and my kids walked into Tradehome we were immediately greeted by Evan who was helping another customer at the time. As soon as he finished up with them he quickly started helping us. He helped us find the right size for my son and we got him squared away quickly. I was also looking for some "hey dudes" for my husband. Evan helped us with those as well, and then my daughter started looking and he jumped in to help her find her some really cute pink hey dudes in her size. I wasn't even planning on buying her another pair, but I left with three pairs of shoes and good feeling as I went on with my day. Good customer service is a rarity these days it seems. Evan went above and beyond good customer service. He left me impressed!"
