"I brought my puppy here for her first grooming and it was such a good experience! My girl looked absolutely perfect after, beating my expectations. She looked happy as could be when I picked her up. Which made me feel good that she seemed to enjoy her little spa day :) I will definitely be using Gabby’s in the future. We already have our next appt scheduled! Highly recommend!"

"Front office staff are unfriendly and rude and never smile so that’s your first impression as you walk in the door and that’s when Natalie can keep her staff We’ve known her for over 12 years when she was grooming at a vet clinic. We loved Natalie and considered her part of our extended family with 4 dogs. When she opened her business it was so cute but it and her grooming has gone downhill with every passing year My My Shih Tzu comes home shaved to her pink skin and her whiskers crooked, my Australian came home with a whole area not shaved under her neck, my Yorkie has areas of longer hair and the sanitary trim she gave my Golden Retriever puppy looks like a baboon with her pretty feathers shave e off and her butt hole exposed to the max. i paid 309 for this grooming with a 54 tip I have no idea what has happened but instead of her being sweet and kind she is argumentative and defensive. When I asked her to call me back to discuss this 3 times she wouldn’t Instead she fired us as clients and didn’t even tell us. We would have shown up for our next grooming not knowing she had already cancelled our appointment. This is very unprofessional to not take constructive criticism or try to make what is wrong right. Well my babies are happily going to find a new place to go that makes them look pretty and treats us better. We have spent probably thousands of dollars with her over the past 12 years so I guess that will go to someone else now. What a disappointment Gabby’s Grooming has become!"

"My wife and I initially liked this place, but now we'll never go back. The last few visits we have been charged a "Matting Fee". The first time I saw this charge, I changed how often I brushed out my dog, thinking I wasn't doing a good enough job keeping her fur well kept. We received the same fee on the next visit... So I decided to keep my same schedule, but to also double down on brushing her out the day before AND the day of the appointment... Still received that fee. I deduce that this fee is charged when she can't get a client to commit to a "maintenance" appointment... It's a greedy little tactic. I have no patience for places that try to squeeze their clients of every penny they can, especially when they charge premium prices and also accept tips."

"They are amazing at Gabby's. I have a toy poodle that's only 8 months old and they do an awesome job every time she's there. She hates her feet touched but Natalie is so patient with her. Natalie has won awards for her grooming techniques. The price is a little higher than at other groomers but its more than worth it. Everyone that works there is very nice and respectful. I love Gabby's"
