"Took forever to get checked out. That was after I told the girl working that I wanted most affordable item. She points at one and says this is the cheapest. I picked up the same thing right beside it, different brand, 30 dollars cheaper. Won't go back"

"DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT go to this store. They sold me an malfunctioning item. In the store we tested it and it was ok but she never showed me the charger. When I got home the item had a problem coming on. It was suppose to have 8 settings and the product stopped at 3 settings. I tried to charge it and the charger did not work. I paid 100.99 for this item and I called up there to let them know that the charger didn't work and she said well the item worked in the store. I kept repeating myself telling her that the charger didn't work and I should be able to get my money back since it was within an hour of purchase. I asked for the manager and she stated that she was the manager. Shame on you to sell me an product that you knew didn't work and they most likely had they're hands all over it since it was the last one. I called cooperate and Thank God they were understanding and will be sending me a new one. Buy at your own risk. I would highly advice anyone to do your research and shop online. That manager should be fired!"

"The selection is nice, mostly lingerie but a good stock. The staff are fantastic, they can answer any question you have and even make recommendations. But the store is kind of gross. I saw several dead cockroaches on the shelves and a live one run behind a shelf. I'm not sure I'd want to put something inside myself or anyone else knowing a roach has crawled on it."

"I wouldn't even consider walking into this location again. Three employees behind a small counter silently staring at customers? Not a single greeting? At least say something if you're going to make eye contact. Why make people feel awkward and watched? They need training in customer service AND basic human etiquette. Save yourself the trouble and shop online."
