"I have been going to Dr. Serena Pierson for over nine months now. I honestly wish I would have looked into alternative doctors/facilities long ago instead of giving her chance after chance. Each time I see her, Dr. Pierson is very dismissive of my concerns and issues. She comes off as condescending and makes me feel as if she is treating me like a child. I also feel like she was pressuring me to have tests done during my pregnancy, as well as to try an IUD when I've declined multiple times. The visits feel very rushed, despite the fact I always end up waiting well past my appointment time for her. I understand doctors run behind sometimes and things come up. However, I would like to be treated like a person and not feel like I'm just another number or pay check. Speaking of pay checks, another huge issue I have, is that I am being charged MULTIPLE TIMES for things I didn't even consent to or receive. For example, I am being charged for the THIRD TIME for both a vaginal AND cesarean section birth. I only have ONE child. That doesn't add up. Not to mention, I'm being charged twice for my tubal removal, and being charged multiple times for lab work that I never even asked for, nor was I told they were running said tests. I only found out because of the patient portal app. Those are just a few of my concerns and complaints."
