"I had to part ways with this pharmacy, due to them continually dropping the ball when it comes to my medications. In the end, they made me feel like the “King of Cheapskates” because I didn’t want to spend $90 on diabetes supplies. Three strikes, and they’re out!"
"Glenna took care of me today. I came in after cvs didn’t have the medication I needed by tonight and she went above and beyond to figure out my insurance so that I would have the coverage I needed to pay for my medication!!"
"Well what could I say in my opinion I've been with that pharmacy for 2 years I truly to be honest never had a problem with them they know me by name they know the medications that I take they're very familiar with me they're very helpful Erica the pharmacist has gone beyond her job duties to help me with certain medications or A problem that may have occurred Today's era is everybody wants it now well data hithey have probably 500 prescriptions to fill in A-day and there's only what 4 of them maybe and not every prescription is just one prescription you know or 5 pills it all varies so cut him some slack How would you feel if they came to your work and did the same thing to you while you wouldn't feel so great either I don't think so I don't know that's just my opinion"
"I went in for a human eye drop prescription but it was for my Guinea pig. The staff was rude right away when I dropped off my script, they didn’t call my name when it was ready so I ended up waiting a while. When I was finally being rung out, I asked twice about it being run through my insurance, and both times the employee said yes. However, I was confused because I was charged for the medication. I thought it was strange enough that it’d be run for a Guinea pig, but it was also strange that it still charged me even though she said it was run through insurance. Because of my anxiety, I asked my friend to call and verify if they had run it through insurance or not. He said that when he called they were also immediately rude to him, and treated him poorly for even asking the question. I didn’t assume that my Medicaid would cover a Guinea pig, that’s why I asked. Bad customer service and my friend and I were treated poorly because I was misinformed by an employee. You work in a pharmacy, you will encounter mentally disabled people that don’t look disabled at all. Do better."
"Just the nicest most helpful people you could ever meet. I asked if they sold kleenex while waiting for my wife's prescription. She said she didn't think so but she'd look in back. I'm still 75% certain she then opened a portal to the kleenex dimension because 3 min later here she comes with my kleenex. She was so nice and helpful."
