"Date - 03/22/24 I went into the store just to buy a power cable for a console (Sega nomad) I bought at a yard sale. The sales person ( slightly heavy set and bald) had a really bad attitude and was unhelpful as possible. He made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome! (I think they saw me and understood that I was trans and kept misgendering on purpose after almost every sentence.) I came in yesterday and he popped in a cartridge and got no picture.( told me the screen was probably broken) I came in today and said that I blew out the cart bay and got a picture with a universal power supply (with some issues) he started over dramatically apologizing in an aggressive manner about how “he” did something wrong and “he” will work to improve himself and he was “so” sorry he upset me. I just made a simple comment that I was able to get it working and wanted to give it another try then to buy a cable. From the moment I walked in I felt like he was trying to make me leave without directly telling me to leave. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!!"

"started yelling at me for simply asking about a trade in and i wouldn’t leave when they were closing cause they were already in the middle of the trade in i was so mad i just left also stole one of the games i was gonna trade in lol. never again for this location EDIT: this happened october the 7th right before closing another EDIT because they are trying to say they didnt have anyone. i have a video my friend recorded in the store of the worker yelling at me and calling me words i cannot say on this review. i would love to show you if you could provide a email. "I love this place. Way better than gamestop. Every experience i’ve had here has always been great. First time I went was in 2016 or 2017. Just went back yesterday and I loved the screen were you place the order so you dont have to look for the game , instead the selection is right in front of you! Also the sound it makes when you place the order was super groovy lol"
