"Do not stay here! Worst hotel I ever stayed in the pros: Cedric and the night clerk were nice and polite. The room is cheap and clean. The Cons: the door will not lock. The door had both a deadbolt and fold-over latch lock. I had to push and shove just to get the fold over latch lock to engage. The deadbolt never worked. 11:30 PM just as I am about to fall asleep, the smoke detector goes off in my room. The night clerk said it was because somebody in the room above me was smoking. My room smelled like cooked onions because the bathroom ventilation system carried the smell of cooked onions from the room next to me. 1:30 AM I'm woken out of a dead sleep because somebody is blaring their car stereo in the parking lot. I tried to call desk by dialing zero on the room phone and I hotels fax machine answered. I could not turn on the windows ventilation system because the curtains billowed out and people could see into my room. I wanted to dry my hair and the hairdryer doesn't work… In fact it is old and yellowed and a complete fire hazard. The fridge moaned all night… Literally it moaned. I thought the person in the room next to me was having a heart attack. The room does have complementary coffee… But only if you like it black… No cream or sugar is provided. The walls are so thin I heard my neighbors alarm clock go off at 5 AM… And the three times he's hit snooze alarm. The only reason I didn't demand my money back is because the desk clerk is not empowered to solve this problem."

"My recent stay at Econo lodge North Little Rock was quite enjoyable. Located conveniently off the highway, the hotel offered easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the staff at the front desk who efficiently checked me in. The lobby area was clean and inviting, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the bathroom was clean with plenty of fresh towels."

"The service at this hotel is unacceptable. This hotel clearly has an insect infestation that inconveniently forced my family and I to find a hotel that is more acceptable. I told the desk clerk about the insects problem. I was told I can leave but I was going to be charged for 1 because he could rent the room for the night. Even though we didn’t stay there. I’m from out of state and I recommend you stay at a more reputable hotel."

"The front desk staff was great. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms had rust on the bathtub and the housekeeping staff didn't clean the room or replenish towels and toilet paper during our stay. Also they don't serve breakfast. And the pool had hours posted but was not open during those hours"
