"Receptionist is rude and always out on smoke breaks. Room thermostat is broken so it's 80 degrees in February and the building feels like a mental hospital. It gets worse, they somehow booked my room to another individual so coming back from dinner I find another individuals suitcase in my room. Despite all my stuff being in the room already and my personal belongings on the bed. Like others the thermostat is cranking out 80 degree heat despite it being 50 degrees outside. There's a reason this hotel is only $90 a night.... Steer clear, only here because the AC Marriott was overbooked but I'll make sure to keep my business elsewhere"

"First night was fine. Second night, not so much. I return to the hotel after being at my office all day and realize I’ve left my keys in the room and go to the front desk requesting a new key and they ask me if my things are still in the room and I respond that they should be considering I’ve booked my room until Friday morning. Turns out someone has mistakenly checked me out of my room and even worse they’ve given my room to another guest who the front desk concierge literally stops before they go up the elevator to go into my room while I’m in the lobby trying to figure out what’s going on. Third night, it’s essentially the same thing except this time I try to enter my room and my room keys have somehow been disabled and luckily there isn’t someone waiting in the wings to take my not empty room. I booked this stay specifically through Marriott’s website so this much chaos regarding a check in and check out date seems absolutely unbelievable and yet it still happened… Will I be staying at this hotel again? Absolutely not. Will I be questioning stays at future Marriott sites? Absolutely, especially after multiple employees at this hotel commented on how they heard about what had happened to me and yet no one tried to make it better. The fact that your staff just brushed both of these incidents off as another day to day issue shows me that this an all too well occurrence."

"Room was recently updated and very clean, a good value for the price, however service was lacking. The staff behaved as if they didn’t want to be there. Had to switch rooms as the air conditioner wasn’t working in my assigned room. I overheard a couple of other guests complaining about their AC and the TV not working also. The fire alarm went off after midnight and the staff was very dismissive of our concerns as to what caused it."

"Decent hotel in a good location. Never had heard of this brand before and decided to give it a try. The sinks have hot water but it never seems to make it to the showers. The beds are comfortable and the pantry is okay."

"This is a pretty nice hotel. I didn't have any major issues with my stay. The bathroom layout was my only issue, and it's not really anything the hotel can fix; it was built that way. One word: small! Like you sit on the toilet and the door hits your knees small. They could have easily taken 2 or 3 feet out of the room and added it to the bathroom (see pics). And no toilet paper holder. Weird for such a "nice" hotel."
