"Disappointed Experience at Little Rock Marriott My wife and I recently visited Little Rock, Arkansas, and chose to stay at the Little Rock Marriott for our accommodations. However, our experience fell far short of our expectations. We were under the impression that Marriott hotels represented luxury and comfort, but unfortunately, our stay did not reflect that. From the moment we arrived, we encountered issues. The bathtub was clogged, causing inconvenience throughout the night. Furthermore, the inconsistency in water temperature during showers was frustrating - it was either scalding hot or icy cold, with no middle ground. Furthermore, I would appreciate some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. As a result of these shortcomings, we left feeling extremely disappointed. It’s disheartening to see a renowned brand like Marriott fall short of providing basic amenities and services. I have lost faith in the Marriott brand and will not be choosing to stay at any of their hotels in the future. A sincere apology will not rectify the issues we faced. Instead, I urge the management to focus on addressing these fundamental problems to ensure a satisfactory experience for future guests."

"We traveled to Little Rock for the Marathon. The Marriott was a perfect choice for our accommodations. It was in a great location and so convenient for the race. All we had to do was walk out the back door to reach the start line. All of the staff were very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!"

"I have stayed at this hotel twice now and I love it! The staff is amazing, so cheerful and polite. The valet attendants are so helpful and have a great sense of humor. The hotel is very upscale and the location is perfect. There is never a dull moment because there is always something going on at the hotel. The rooms are always clean and the house keeping staff never bother you unnecessarily and they keep the room clean. The hotel restaurant and bar is amazing. The drinks and food is always great. If your ever in Little Rock for a visit, stop by for a stay or a drink, you won't be disappointed."
