"We were very disappointed in our stay. The first room they gave us had bed bugs and had a very odd smell. We asked for another room which they were very quick in getting for us. The only issue with this room was the door was very difficult to open. Breakfast was more than a disappointment. It was cold, most of the items were gone and we didn't see anyone that was caring for this part of the hotel. We decided that we would eat elsewhere."

"As we entered the property, we were met by a nice presentation, fragrance and a professional who was smiling and extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. Rare. Her name is Alexandria. She was so pleasant, helpful and made a remarkable impression. She also guided us to the possibility of a great restaurant, Cypress Social. Indeed, this property is on the right track and an upcoming gem. Believe me, customer service is definitely a very important part of this experience. We later met Tonya, also very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. These two should become a more defined part of management. Location is great, lots of interesting activities close and attainable. Hotel is undergoing upgrades, that's great. Secure and cameras everywhere. Very needful and soothing. Take the time, give them a chance. Thank me later...stay tuned."

"My family has never had a problem with this hotel. We have stayed a few times when we travel and have enjoyed every visit. The breakfast is always good and tasty, the rooms have been clean and ready. I would sincerely recommend when staying in Little Rock."

"Currently undergoing renovation, this is becoming an excellent property as work progresses. Exterior and common area renovations are nearly completed, as are many of the room renovations. The only impact is that a roll-off and a shipping container are occupying several parking spaces, but since some rooms are being renovated, total occupancy is reduced and the impact is minor. Inside, they're doing a great job preventing renovations from affecting guest comfort. I booked one of the newly renovated rooms with a jacuzzi. It was fresh, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed I wish I had in my home. Best Western is my go-to brand and the one I recommend to friends and family, and this Plus property did not disappoint."

"We slept well in our 2 queen room. What made our stay pleasant was the two ladies that were there in the morning. Tonya, at front desk was so nice, even offered my husband eyeglass cleaner when she noticed him cleaning his glasses. We also want to THANK Loretta for making our Breakfast for us even though it was so early on the morning. She took care of us like we were family. I certainly hope the hotel management is aware of the kindness and graciousness these ladies show the guests. Thank you Tonya and Loretta for making our visit so pleasant."
