"Parking is easy. No communication from the employees. Concert was an hour late starting and no announcements from the venue."
"We Saw Shen Yun. Still a great show. The venue was good. Decent parking."
"Beautiful facility, easy to get to, felt very safe being next to the Police Dept! Fantastic hotels next door!"
"It is directly connected to the Fort Smith convention center which is awesome! My daughter danced in an Irish dance competition held there. It was a lovely stay. The room was nice, however it did seem they were understaffed. For the price of the hotel it was frustrating to have our breakfast dishes sit outside our door all day long. But otherwise I definitely recommend it especially if you're doing anything at the convention center. It is conveniently located in downtown Fort Smith and next to the national historic site. Go for a walk there it is beautiful!"
"I went to this place for new year's eve. I had a good experience but there were a few glitches. First, I loved the historic city. Walked around and saw the remnansts if many old buildings that survived fires, the gallows, the statues and OMG, the bars. The architecture of the bars was so mesmerizing. Look up at the ceiling and there's history painted there. It was beautiful. But there were very few street vendor food options. There were hot dogs and that was about it. YIY had to go to Gus's to eat or grab chips at bars. Given it was new year's eve and so many people were out there, more arrangements should've been made. Also, the countdown never happened. Can you believe it? No countdown on NY eve!!! It was sad and I was a little peeved because it had said on the news and in their promotional posters that the mayor was going to do the countdown. And while people were silently counting themselves, the ball drop happened without any show or spectacle. The music was nice though and I guess fireworks were white alright. They could've been more grand."
