"Got here at 10.30pm, and I'm leaving 3 hours later. Just AWFUL!! Dirty, peeling shower floor, stained sheets and pillows, ANTS ON ME from I don't know where, mold growing in the un-changed and uncleaned coffee maker, no bulb in the lamp, no secondary security lock (unless you count wedging the desk chair under the lower and purely decorative door knob). Office closed at 5, tried calling them on the number I had to see if i could change rooms, but no answer. Utter fail. The last thing I want to do after driving 8 hours is to pack back up at almost 2am to find somewhere I can sleep that's bug-free, but guess what I'm doing. And now I know why there were no pictures of the rooms on their website. Never. Again."

"I was there for a month everything is close by u can go walking downtown,there's a dollar store right next to it, a gas station, car wash. the place is comfortable and the owners look to help you as much a posible. Would definitely be back here next vacation in hot springs!"

"Not bad its older but the owners do not put up with B.S. drugs,drunks typical old motel stuff . Its clean plenty of room and a kitchen to cook your own grub if your on a budget. I would stay again"
