Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Hot Springs, AR

"It's in a good location close to restaurants and Walmart. The rooms look like they were remodeled at some point, but the hallways do not. The carpet in the hall is dirty. The mattress on the bed was so uncomfortable - you could actually feel springs in it. The mirror on the wall in our room was broken and the glass had been taped. The ice machine & soda machine on our floor were broken. I reported that to the front desk and by the time we left 2 days later, they still had not been fixed. The pool is ok, and the kids enjoyed it. The door to the pool says "Pool and Spa" with the word Spa painted over in black, lol. You can see different tile in the pool area where the spa used to be. It was not a terrible stay, but they definitely need to replace mattresses and do some maintenance around the hotel."

"I went here for a quick get away with my husband for our anniversary. We got a king suite with a spa tub. The tub was the only good thing about our stay. The bed was uncomfortable and had tiny little pillows. They were smaller than standard pillows. They do not have blackout curtains. We aren’t picky people, I honestly think an air mattress would have been better. There wasn’t toilet paper in our room when we arrived. I went downstairs to ask for some I couldn’t find anyone to ask. Our room didn’t get cleaned during our 3 night stay. It wouldn’t have been a big deal except the cleaning staff took our towels but didn’t replace them. The breakfast was limited. The second day there was almost nothing in the breakfast room and guest were looking around to find someone to ask about it. There was no one in sight. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. The door to the room looked like it had been tried to be kicked in a few times. Was definitely not near as good as the quality inn in marble falls Texas. Doubt that we will ever stay there again."

"Several issues: -No hot water. Had to take a shower with luke warm water. - The hotel sits in a bend in the road, which limts your view when trying to leave. - The TV turn on, but no channels came up. The TV said we were not subscribed so I guess I needed to pay extra for that service"

"Hot Springs' Country Inn & Suites is a hotel that is dedicated to prioritizing the needs of its guests. Any time of day, the staff makes a special effort to accommodate guests. When my family arrived in town early in the morning, Jericho, the kind young man who works the night shift front desk, went above and above to make us feel welcome. This hotel has a fantastic location, is cozy, and is clean. When planning a trip to the hot springs, I advise you to book a room at this hotel first."
