"Quiet little camping spot! No concrete slab only Mud, sand, rocks and dirt so be sure to bring leveling blocks. Any tent campers should definitely bring a mattress or something comfortable to lay on as there’s no concrete slabs. Laundry wasn’t too bad. One washer broke so we had to get our money back. It is spacious enough to sit inside the laundry facility but I wouldn’t recommend as they have a severe gas leak which is hazardous, the smell hits as soon as you walk in. If you decide to bring your fur babies, leash them up before you set them down outside. As I’m stepping out of my camper holding my puppy in my arms, I hear the camp host hollering from her camper, “your dog needs to be on a leash at all times”. Didn’t even give me the chance to put a leash on her before saying it a 3rd time! Very strict rules with animals! You can’t even hold your own TRAINED fur baby in your arms without them having a leash!"
"Stayed 2 nights in site 6. Small, cozy little park with trees and it was so nice and quiet. Loved being able to walk to the crystal mine with our wagon, and that the RV park had a crystal washing station. Really enjoyed it!"
"We stayed at this park for 3 nights. It is conveniently located within walking distance from the mine. We didn't have sewage hookup, but the bathroom/ showers more than made up for this. (There is a dump station on site.) The showers and bathrooms are surprisingly spacious and clean. My only critiques would be that that sites would benefit from a little more cleaning/ pickup before guest arrival and that the sites are numbered a little better. Lastly that the tent sites are not mixed with the rv sites. We had a tent in between us and another RV and noticed that for more privacy the other RV actually moved to park backwards as to not be staring at their neighbors the entire stay. Otherwise would definitely recommend. The fireflies were and extra bonus we didn't expect."
"We stayed in the R/V camp grounds and took advantage of the mining for Quartz Crystal and if course the amazing Zipline across the open mine operation. The tour was very interesting and informative. The pricing was affordable and worth every dime I spent great fun great folks and the bathroom facilities were well kept and more than just ok...I would recommend to these nice folks that at least one shower needs an seat or bench for the handicapped or those with disabilities. Overall I had an 9.8 experience."
"We stayed in the mini cabin and we loved it! It was very cute and cozy and stocked with everything you would need. The convenience of being so close to the mines was fabulous. The host was great. I would absolutely recommend and we plan to be back."
