Wade Vann - State Farm Insurance Agent

"Well I don't know how to say this except for I am looking for a new insurance company because of kayle I am a disabled man with als and I had gone in to find out why I wasn't even receiving my updated insurance card after 2 months of no one wondering why nothing came but I have been a victim of my caregiver/mother which was with me and I was having a disagreement with kaylee decided since she was the one answering my slightly upset manner wanting to know why I was a month behind when I had given my mother the money already and was told that she paid it so instead of just trying to diffuse the situation she decided to get aggressive towards me an als als patient in a power wheelchair with 1 barely working hand decided that I was an eady target to bully I seen that she wasn't going to be calming down so I diffused the situation even though she was a witness to me being abused the world we live after i had taken the high road and appologized for me apparently being abused and decided that I was the problem just because I am a Male and disabled she did eventually apologize to and helped me by opening the door when I left but she should have just helped by either trying to calm the situation down and not attacking the upset guy in the wheelchair and I have been with state farm since 09 but this just makes me not feel respected as a customer after that people shouldn't be like that towards someone in a debilitating condition no matter what unless they are trying to physically harm someone"

"Do not use this insurance branch if you are a non white patron. The old lady in the office is extremely unprofessional and hateful. She should consider retiring and learn not to speak when she's not being spoken to. You should be ashamed for your poor behavior. It is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
