"This man is horribly RUDE!!!The rooms stink, the sheets are dirty and I did not appreciate being talked crazy to for no reason! I would never recommend my family and friends from out of town to stay here! I was told to leave, he came from around the counter when I continued to ask questions about a stay I previously had concerning an animal! He made false allegations towards me and became agitated because I continued to ask for more details! Will NEVER recommend this place!! Holiday Inn and the other ones are actually worth your money! Not this place!!!!!!"

"I had the pleasure of staying at the America’s Best Value Inn in Camden Arkansas once again this week. I spent 2 nights and was very pleased with my overall stay. The Management was extremely kind and helpful in making my stay comfortable. The environment was peaceful and quiet. The room was very clean. The bed was cozy, and of course, the location of the hotel was perfect to fit my needs! There were other hotels in the area to choose from, but I selected this one based upon previous stays. The cost of the room was oh-so budget friendly also, and that’s an extra perk during my travels! I will be making a few more road trips to Arkansas in the upcoming few months and I will definitely make my reservations with this hotel! In the interim, I hope the management gets the proper recognition from the main business office as each time I’ve frequented this hotel, he’s gone above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Kudos to him for a job well done! America’s Best…..I’ll see you in a few months!! ❤️"

"So my boyfriend and I stayed here when we first moved to this area in February. We picked it because they allow cats when no other place did, and honestly I am happy we stayed here. The management and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. They are great people and were all very nice. And when we had to stay for an extended period of time they gave us a good deal. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. It was affordable, clean room, nice place to sleep, people who work there are friendly, and they allow pets (not just small dogs)! 10/10 would recommend!"

"Ac doesn't work right, Mold on shower curtain. Other than that, nice tv , good cable, nice hot shower, room clean. Update: I didn't complain because it wasn't that big of a deal. The manager must have read this because he called the room to offer a different room. I declined, but the customer service was wonderful. Because of that, I am raising them up to 4 stars."

"Other than the fact that the man at the front desk with the red dot on his head is very sweet and delightful, other than his presence this place is a absolute horror. It is run down, not clean, lacks simple amenities like reliable WiFi and microwave and refrigerators. It has a rough crowd staying as guest as well. This is definitely a low end establishment"
