"My PCP wanted me to try yoga. Hardware in my neck, PT, massage, and hip injections I agreed. I tried 2 other groups geared for seniors, and found no help. I went reluctantly with a friend, only agreeing to try it once. I felt a little better, nice people, encouraged to do what I could, not do it like this. Now been a year. Wish I had done this 10 years ago before EVERYTHING was stiff and sore."
