"This is my favorite motel in ashdown. The owners are super nice n the rooms are always clean. The Budget Inn is the worst motel here."

"Well the train passed 3 or more time. Sounds and feels like you are less than 5 foot away. Room smells of stale cigarettes. No soap of any kind in the milti colored poor painted bathroom. Bathroom door sticks. You have to slam the door with a shoulder. But on the plus side the ac worked well. And the little tree air freshener was would have been nice if it actually worked. The whole experience was sad. We got up quickly and quietly and got the heck out of town."

"Comfortable bed but only tepid water for the shower, host and hostess were very accommodating and friendly"

"We are shut down workers. And came into town very early this morning. And couldn't find a room any where.. And God Bless the manager here. She worked with me . And got us in a nice and clean room. She is amazingly sweet and so helpful.. And thank you for your hospitality... I will stay here every time we come now.. Thank you so very much.."
