"It is a terrible place to stay. The manager named Andy Stole $79.10 from me after I'd only authorized him to do a $30 withdrawal. That I also told him he would not be able to do because my card I keep locked until I need to use it. Well on 12/28/2023 my phone died and I couldn't unlock my card to pay for the extra day I asked the Manager Andy if I could use the front desk phone but when he gave it to me he had placed a code or something on it because it kept telling me my call couldn't be as dialed I asked him to open a line for me and he just told me to get out of his hotel. So I did And once I was able to call my bank and have my card a few minutes later unlocked I put a stop payment on the $30 dollar withdrawal I told him I'd pay because he said since I couldn't get through to my bank then I have to pay something and he asked me how much and I said $30 , but once I figured out he was just scamming me I stopped it. A few hours later he went back and charged me $79.10 that's almost $20 more than the rate of the room and it's an unauthorized charge. There's also a camera and other devices in the room #220 of Wich last month or November he placed me in the same room and I had to dispute bank charges with my bank that I couldn't explain because I didn't make them or authorize them. Before I go to my bank to dispute and obtain documents to send to choice hotels corporate office I'm gonna wait and see how this plays out with choice hotels dispute resolution and see how they plan to resolve this. Honestly I just want my money back for the one day I did stay and for the $79.10 I was charged illegally because I was not there a second day."

"Got to the hotel and asked to check out the room before checking in. Guy kept saying room is good room is good. Even though I am allowed to check it out since it is reversed under my credit card. So the only way was to check in and then to see. The first thing I noticed was blood stain on the bed, dirty pillow covers, and a whole in the wall. I made sure to take pictures as soon as I entered the room in case I get charged."

"This is an older facility, but you can tell that they are making an effort to modernize and upgrade. The guest rooms are definitely improved over some other Econolodge. The renovation to the guest rooms are exceptional. New wood floors and furniture. All fixtures including tubs and toilets new. Really nice."
