"I came in a couple weeks ago to upgrade my skincare routine but didn’t really know what i was looking for - I asked a girl there what she would recommend and described to her what i use and like currently. She walked me through a few products, and then after grabbed another girl and told me she was a licensed esthetician if i had any other questions. She had me swap out one of the things I had and otherwise between the two of them I had a whole new routine that honestly wasn’t that expensive. My skin has seriously never been happier so I wanted to leave a review to say thank you! I didn’t get their names unfortunately, I just remember the first girl had a few piercings and purple/pink hair, and the second had longer brown hair."

"Easily the worst makeup place in town. You only get help if you come in all made up already, and I don't think I've ever been there when they even had half of what I needed in stock. When you can get someone to help you, they treat you like you don't belong there. I will happily shop elsewhere"

"Ill make this semi short and sweet. The other day i came in to get a pencil for my eyebrows. I went to the sephora collection and there wasnt a testing product in the one i wanted to see.. i flagged over a worker.. she opened it, tested it on her hand.. put her hand up to my face then had the audacity to use her other hand and put her fingers on my eyebrow and lifted it like she was checking them out and said "Girl you need to get your eyebrows done".. i was more offended by the smirk she gave me afterwards when I told her "no i don't and if i wanted them done id do it myself ".... very! Unprofessional and rude. I came there for makeup not un asked for advice. Do not touch people with out permission. On another note... the pencil i bought matches perfectly with my eyebrows."

"I really hate to give my favorite place this low of stars, however, most times I’m in there no one is really helpful and doesn’t seem to care. I had a huge mishap happen and they did not seem to care, I put enough of a stink up that they finally decided to do something about it. Then they proceeded to give me incorrect pricing four different times and had to purchase refund purchase refund multiple times to a point where it got to be a little ridiculous. I really do not put up a fuss, but what happened was very uncalled for. I will continue to give them chances as I do not want to have to shop online. Overall, not pleased with the service."

"I was in there a couple Fridays ago and asked this girl who was doing nothing if she could do a price check for me and she gave me the look like are u serious. Sorry to inconvenience you I will put it back and take my business else where. She then proceeded to go along doing what she was doing n that was nothing. I went to the store in Kohls and it was much better customer service n got what I wanted. Told them what happened and they also have heard that this store has poor customer service. I also called and asked to speak to a manager and they put me on hold for 15 minutes. I just hung up. Will never shop there again."
