"I have been trying to get reimbursement for a procedure since the end of 2022. They rejected my form several times, even when I had the dentist fill it out. They finally told me that the issue was resolved. At my children's next appointment, the dentist told me they never sent the money. They filed something again and I got a prompt rejection letter saying the statute of limitations for the claim has expired. It was the insurer who was causing the delay with their punting and empty promises. I sent them an email and if I do not get a satisfactory response, I will make a complaint with the insurance commissioner of Arkansas. Update: My original claim was sent in by mail, because they told me they wanted the wet ink. Since they decided they didn't like it, they did not acknowledge it in their system and did not send out an EOB. They didn't contact me to tell me that my submissions was incorrect. I had to call them. They can therefore ignore it."
