"They came out for a trunk or treat and I was very impressed. Everyone seemed very knoweldgeable as well as very friendly and sweet with the children. I had my neice who is tall and shy, and my daughter who is short and ... not shy...lol, with me that day and they both got the princess treatment and everyone went out of their way to make sure I got lots of photos and that I felt like the girls were safe. I was very impressed with how professional everyone on the team was and I would definitely use them as a vendor in the future."

"I called Toby to inquire about lessons after 2 minutes of talking she took my payment of $325 as per the phone conversation I verbally agreed to do lessons for the month of March. After several references that concerned me about her later on, the next day I politely told her that we want to cancel and wait for horse riding lessons. I asked for my money back and she would not refund the $325. There is no where in her paperwork that says she will not refund and I have not signed any paperwork or contract. We have not had any of her services and have asked for our money back SEVERAL times and she will not give it back so she is basically stealing money from me and we will be going to small claims court over this out of point and principle. Beware once you give her your money you will not get it back under any circumstances! Not a very good character trait in my humble opinion. If she’ll steal like this I wouldn’t trust her with children."
