"This is my second time with State Farm. After about 25 years with them, I had a bad experience with another State Farm agency/agent. I left them and and went with another company. Even though I had no issues with the new company, on a whim I decided to check with State Farm once again. Brad Hankins' office is the closest to me, so I stopped in. I met with Taryn Phares, and after a few minutes speaking with her, I was pretty sure I was going back to State Farm. She was very personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. I showed her what coverages I was looking for on both home and auto. After a few minutes she had my quotes ready. I took them home to discuss with my wife. I called Taryn back and told her it was decided we'd go back to State Farm. We did save some money, but it was mainly due to the great service.
