"BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! DO NOT sign your kids up for the after school program. This place is a scam and should not continue to be in business. They are so unprofessional at this place because it begins with dishonesty of what is "free" and what you will be charged for. I was told that the uniforms will be free and then tried to charge me $60 a uniform. Since I have addressed this they advised it was "included" in my over $1000 payment yet I have not received the uniforms. To top it off I came in early due to weather and they had a 14 and 13 year old watching about 9 kids. They were hollering at the children so loud that we could hear them without being inside. The entire time that was going on there was an adult named Sherry just sitting in her office as children supervised children. I will be furthering this complaint but wanted to leave a review first for any other people considering taking their kids to this program for ANYTHING. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST."

"If i could give 10+ stars i would. My kid is in the after school program and these people are absolutely amazing. They do transportation and have been so kind! The owners are doing something right!! Huge shout out to miss sherry who has been a godsend and is truly one of the most kind caring person i have ever met. HIGHLY recommend!!!"

"My daughter has been a part of this All Star family since she was 3 years old. The instructors are patient and manage even the shortest attention spans well. My daughter is now 8 and recently earned her black belt! She loves the sport and her All Star family."

"If you scroll through the comments, read the one star reviews. These are the most factual aspects of this company. They have 0 integrity. It’s a shame that someone such as the “Grandmaster” would allow such behavior from employees and back them. Sign up at your own risk without question."

"I started off with a very long review. Then I decided to shorten it to the main problem. This is in regards to their Summer Day Camp program. They showed my 10 year old child a PG13 movie without parental consent. This is a movie that just came out and I didn't even realize that this should have been a concern of mine. I asked my daughter, this movie just came out.. so how were you even able to watch this? She goes on to tell me that they have been watching new releases throughout summer and that she was told from one of the teachers/instructors that it was being "illegally downloaded". There are two huge problems with this situation, besides the movie that was chosen to be showed to a group of 3-11 year olds. Which was the new Barbie movie. Yes, everyone has there own take on whether they want and approve their child watching this movie - but this is for the parent to make the decision, especially since it's rated pg13 anyways. We called the business the following day to speak to the manager in charge that day. We apparently called while that person was on lunch, but we gave the information to the manager that did answer the phone and speak with us at that time and we were told that we would receive a call when she returned from lunch. Which we never received a call. That's fine. We made it clear that our daughter would not be returning due to them losing our trust and making ethically wrong decisions. But you know what, they still tried charging me for the next two weeks! No, I'm not paying just because I signed a contract. You did something wrong - not us. Ms Reynolds was huge about checking in with us when my daughter didn't come in - which was on occasion due to her asking to "take a break" from the camp. But we haven't received a single message from her in the last 2 weeks. Which leads me to believe that they just really don't care. Or maybe they were hoping this situation would just go away. I do not recommend their summer camp program. This, again, is just one of the issues we ran across. And I never leave 1 star reviews. It takes alot for me to feel so negative about a place of business. I even gave them 2 weeks worth of time to give me anything "positive " that could have been added to this such as reaching out, apologizing, etc."
