"It is not a large casino but it's very nice. Hotel rooms are great, clean and have a lot of room. The weekend buffet is very good, not large but plenty of choices. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good place to go!"

"We visited the casino February 27, but did not stay at the hotel. We wanted to gamble a bit and eat at the buffet, as we enjoyed the buffet at the Cherokee casno in Tulsa, and the Roland location had good reviews. Honestly, why the reviews for the Roland buffet were good is beyond me. We entered at 4:00 p.m. and were the only people in line. Most of the food we tried wasn’t hot at all. The only thing that was really good was the fried catfish. My husband tried the ribs and the meatloaf. They were dry and, of course, not hot. The chicken in the Chinese section was fairly good. The chicken enchilada I got was just okay…it might have been a little better if it had been hot. We didn’t even try the pizza. The crust looked like what you get with a frozen pizza. The rolled lasagna portion I got was fairly good. The salad bar area wasn’t huge, but was fresh. The dessert section wasn’t very big. The buffet is $19.99. Thank goodness we each got a $10 food voucher. The quality of food is definitely not worth the full price. We were dissatisfied and disappointed, as we had really been looking forward to eating there. This was our first trip to Roland. If we visit again, we won’t eat at the buffet."

"The casino is obviously the main draw here, but the hotel itself has some of the nicest rooms we've seen. Clean, with great lighting, updated and modern bathrooms, extremely comfortable bed and top-notch room service. We had to request a microwave, which was brought up almost immediately. The outdoor pool and hot tub had crystal-clear water, they were excellent. Ample parking available, unfortunately no complementary breakfast. However, the casino had some cafes and restaurants in it. Laundry is available at the Cherokee Truck Stop on site."

"What an amazing spot! Forced off I-40 during a snow storm and looking for a place to stay, I took a gamble (pun intended) on this place. Couldn’t have made a better choice. They have great room prices, a full bar, a buffet, a ‘grab and go’ area with Starbucks coffee, and a plethora of games of all kinds. Literally everything was spot on. Incredible service from every staff member I interacted with. They’re about the friendliest folks you could ask for. The rooms were spotless and so was the bar and gaming floor. They do allow smoking downstairs, but the main gaming floor and bar were really well ventilated, which was appreciated as I’m a little sensitive to tobacco smoke. The buffet was quite good with a nice selection available. I was even able to get a cappuccino in the morning before I hit the road; I can’t tell you how great that made me feel. I really felt welcome and taken care of. If you travel as much as I do, you know how rare that is these days!"
