"I stayed here last night for the first and last time! I needed a room and that’s all that mattered! I had to retrieve towels from the front desk! The bed wasn’t made properly and the shower soap dispenser was empty! However $183 to spend the night in a town that had nothing to offer will never happen again! Other guests payed less and I don’t understand! I have actually contacted corporate to find out why there prices are that of a Marriott without it being so! Confusing but clean!"

"The room was immaculately clean. The bed was warm and inviting. I slept very well. The hotel staff was kind and professional as I didn't arrive until 1:00am. I would be happy to stay here again."

"This was a disaster. Traveled for a 13’s volleyball tournament. The first day the group was waiting to leave in the dining/lobby area and the front desk clerk came and worked her way through the group. She was carrying a printout of someone’s hotel registration. She proceeded to ask several people in the group if we knew “######” because she was traveling with a volleyball group, but she was overdue to check out, wasn’t answering her phone and they might have to charge a late fee and vacate her room. So much for privacy. The second night as the girls were traveling back and forth to the pool and eating pizza and ice cream there was a group of men drinking alcohol in the dining room/lobby area which is right across from the front desk. No way they didn’t see this. From my understanding, in Arkansas it is a Class C misdemeanor to drink alcohol in a public area unless it is a business with a liquor license. The final fun chapter was when they charged us $250 and accused us of smoking in the room because they found a cigarette pack in the trash. We were on the first floor just around the corner from the front desk. If someone had been smoking in the room everyone would have smelled it in the hall, in the lobby and the fire alarm would have gone off. We did not smoke in that room. I smoked outside the hotel like tons of other people. They had a bench and a smokers tower right by the front door which I saw other people using on several occasions. I don’t even smoke in my own house, let alone in a small hotel room with my 13 year old granddaughter present. If you stay here be aware that your privacy is not protected, they allow adults to party in the public lobby and you better demand a walkthrough and take pictures before you checkout."

"Se stopped here after driving 11 hrs. The front desk clerk was helpful and very friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. A decent hot breakfast was included. I would stay here again for sure."

"I stayed in the king suite with additional living space. The room is VERY spacious. I was pleasantly pleased! Bed was comfy. The pillows were quite soft, but they work fluffy. I like a firmer pillow and these are definitely not that. Carpet was clean. It didn't feel grungy under my feet. I was expecting a bigger shower for the room type. Just a regular shower but with a larger shower head. The room also had an armoire, full-sized mini fridge, Keurig, and a small microwave. Also had several hooks for coats/jackets or bags. Plenty of powrler outlets and USB outlets. This room also had a desk which came in handy to get work and school stuff done. Highly recommend."
