"The teachers here are all kind and very welcoming! I personally never imagined how yoga would actually help me. I had back surgery (2 yrs before I started yoga) and I just went for it. Had to strengthen my core and that’s where the love for yoga started! I mostly go to Jessica’s Hot Power class! She is great and always switches things up. If I feel like I’m not doing something right, she is so patient and helps me! It’s challenging for me to keep pushing myself! I highly recommend trying TExarkana Yoga!"
