We recently had a basement flooding and both First Intl and North Star went above and beyond to take care of us. The accident happened on Saturday and I had emailed First Intl. They got back to me first thing Monday and I was connected with an adjuster from North Star within few hours. The adjuster came by promptly, took a tour, asked few questions, spoke with the water restoration crews on the property etc. Rob N. from North Star was equally amazing to his task and did an excellent job explaining what was covered and what was not covered.
