"Absolutely love this place! The 2$ is the best deal going on now. Been there twice and spent over $100 on the deals. The manager Shay is the kindest and the best. She deserves a bonus or a good raise. She went out of her way to make it a fun shopping experience. Brought the the stuff in the back that was on sale too. "Wow! I will never shop at this store again until the lady who claimed to be the Manager is fired. She was beyond rude and condescending when asked to take accountability for a couple of rewards accounts that were not set up to "her" standards in "her" store, which meant that we would only allowed to redeem one of the two free earring rewards instead of both that were promised when we signed up. She claimed to be the only one in the store who could do piercings, along with a girl standing beside her, and said she hadn't had a day off in 2 months. I didn't see either of them when my girls got their ears pierced and I showed her a picture of the ladies who pierced their ears in "her" store. She was unhelpful and made no effort to address the issue with the rewards accounts, has no sense of what customer service is about, and wanted me to apologize to her. Beyond rude!"
