"R&S has been an uplifting experience from the staff, owner, athletes to the families and friends that support each dancer. The tryout process is professional utilizing judges outside of the studio so dancers are judged on skill set and talent that best fits the company. Everyone is so welcoming and engaging and the coaches are phenomenal with technique while fostering a positive influence that transcends dance. The studio is well organized and communicative. It is a joy to be a part of the R&S dance company, I highly recommend to those looking for a place to start their dancer or those looking for a highly competitive, but positive environment to transition their dancer."

"Horrible. I put my daughter in the pre k hiphop class and she didn't learn anything. Parents are able to sit in a narrow hallway and watch, but it's so cramped and smells STRONG of cat pee. After a month of her not learning anything, but to jump around, I withdrew her and put her in dare 2 dance. SO WORTH THE SWITCH! If you're looking for a great place for your kids to grow at and learn from, don't go to rhythm and shoes."
