"Rude employees! Went there on 12/28/23 and while sister was being checked out the young male employee called over a female employee to look at the price on the backpack my sister was purchasing. They then proceeded to say things like omg why would anyone pay that price for a back pack and I can’t believe the choke hold yeti has on people….pretty much saying how stupid it was to buy yeti products or spend that much on a backpack. My sister had to stand there while those two employees shamed her out loud in front of her over something she was choosing to spend her money on in that store. It was very rude and disrespectful! I don’t recommend going there unless you are prepared to be shamed by employees for what you choose to purchase with your money. Rude employees will ruin a business faster than anything."

"not the best. i wouldnt expect this place to house mostly new items. i think its a return/open box type of store. i was checking out and the girls at the counter just let the phone ring. she said, " i dont know what to say so im not answering it." id rather go to academy. as far as prices go, things are now marked down but like i said before, i think its an 'open box' type establishment. no real organization, like if you see something you like and someone grabs it, there is not one in the back. its every man for himself with the items unless you see more there, dont expect there to be more in the back. im not sure why they are pushing so hard to get this store in fayetteville. take it back to texas or california when you go back and have a safe trip. thanks for visiting take the people with you."
