"The service provided at Rapids Honda was professional and courteous. I brought my car in seeking an estimate on tire replacement and for analysis of an error message, having had my local mechanic check it and wanting a second opinion from a Honda dealership. The service professional, Lucas, was very welcoming and friendly, from beginning to end. I especially appreciated the detailed report that was provided, as well as the comprehensive estimates for tire replacements. The waiting area was relatively comfortable and I enjoyed the complimentary coffee very much. The only aspect that kept this from a 5-star review was the fact that the price for the service on the website was $119, while the actual cost ended up being $149 (apparently the system needs to be updated to reflect current prices). This is understandable, but does detract slightly from my overall perception of the trustworthiness of the dealership. The system should be updated immediately. :)"
