"I normally don’t post bad reviews, but I’ve had the worst experience every time I go up there. The one reason why I kept taking my dog there was bc I do like the vet. He is super nice and really seems to care for the animals. The staff on the other hand are always rude and when I took my dog in today for his rabies shot, the woman that took my dog did not smile and didn’t say anything to me and when she handed back my dog she didn’t say a word to me and didn’t even smile or say anything when I said thank you. That was the final straw for me. We no longer live in Lonoke anyway, but still taking my dog there bc I do like the vet, but not anymore! I actually do have another vet I took my dog too before when it was an ‘emergency and they were closer to us and the staff was a lot friendlier than this staff.."
