"Wonderful purchasing experience with Jacob Carpenter! I flew in from out of state to purchase with the Morrie’s auto group. They had a “welcome” board with my name (and the other customers there) on it right whenever I walked into the dealership! The team was wonderful, picked me up from the airport and made the transaction very easy. My finance manager was Teresa S., she explained all the paperwork very clearly, and even helped me pick an extended warranty that fit my lifestyle/needs! The entire dealership was very welcoming and the GSM Mike C., was very friendly, came out to greet me and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you to the entire dealership for being rockstars! I will always buy my vehicles through here. I highly recommend this dealer group."
"I've been a customer of Morries up & down 394 all the way to Buffalo since 2007 but after my purchase December 15, 2022 I will never again trust the operation of their vehicles. I took a trusted chance with a used vehicle with 83k miles and a cracked engine that they begrudgingly agreed to fix. They had the car for 5 months and when I received it back it still never worked right. The A/C never worked after at least 3 times being serviced by Subaru and Ford, the A/C compressor hose fell thru the bottom of my unshielded undercarriage. My ABS and traction lit up the dash as did the engine light periodically, the vehicle reports "hill start assist not available" every time i turn the car on, I've had to add coolant repeatedly, there's an electrical shortage that causes my entire dash and headlights to flash and not play music by radio or stream, transmission fluid leaks and stains everywhere I park and finally, finally yesterday exactly 15 months later the engine overheated just as it did the first time I bought it. The car is undrivable, unreliable, and untradeable (was offered $1000 because of the coolant computer codes, i paid $13k due to excessive used market rate at the time) and the car still hasn't reached 100k miles. They refused to take it back to begin with unless it was at the value of the vehicle with the cracked engine. Had I done my research I'd have seen this year/make/model had 16 engine related recalls. Learned my lesson the hard way. Never was I happy, comfortable, at ease driving this car. And never in my life have I received such a poor vehicle, poor service, poor communication. My story finally ended yesterday. Shout out to Eleanor, John, Reid, Mike and also the general manager who never called me back for allowing above review. Pao was the ONLY one who genuinely expressed care with my issues so thank you again Pao. I am now a customer of Walser who's service to me was unmatched."
"I spent months researching my first car purchase and I decided to look into Morries late afternoon to test drive an Outback. I had Salesman Tom help me out and he had a perfect drive route in mind. After test driving, I wanted to go on one more shorter test drive to be sure it’s the exact Outback I want to buy and Tom guided me on a similar test drive and it made me feel sure this is the exact Outback I wanted. He helped guided me through the whole new car buying process and I didn’t feel any pressure or stress to make decisions on the spot. I had the finance advisor Nathan help me through the final paperwork process and didn’t pressure me too much about getting warranties. He was very transparent about the warranties and gave me the fine print to thoroughly read and not feel rushed to read it before buying any of the warranties and was also transparent pricing and informative about everything on the papers when I had questions. I was able to finalize all the paperwork and have to show up the next day with the cashier check because it was after my bank had closed for the day. Unfortunately I didn’t realize they close at 6pm on Fridays but Nathan and Tom stayed late and still didn’t put any pressure on me to rush things. They were amazing and really went the extra mile for my first time experience! After around 28 days, I still haven’t received my license plates and I revisited Morrie’s for a new temporary plate and they were very quick and helpful to replace the temporary plates. I was greeted by everyone I walked near to and the salesman closest to the door immediately said hello and asked if I needed any assistance with anything as I was walking in. I didn’t feel ignored or forgotten about even though I already purchased my Outback almost a month ago."
"I had an excellent experience at Morrie's Subaru in Minnetonka. My previous 2018 Subaru Forester was rear-ended by a hit-and-run driver. The insurance company totaled it, and I wanted a replacement that was new but still fit into my budget. I asked The sales staff to prepare three estimates that would keep my monthly payment below a certain level, depending on how much I put down on a new car. They prepare the estimates and turned it around in a single day. One day after my totaled car was picked up, I was in a new car with virtually the same monthly payment. This is the third Subaru I have purchased from Morrie's. Obviously I've been pleased with their service and attention for many years. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and down to earth. For this purchase, I work specifically with Angela and Ankit. They were both great."
