"My son knew what he wanted coming into the store. We walked in and were instantly greeted by a member of the staff. There were other guests in the store, but the gentleman helping us gave us his un-divided attention. He was genuine and attentive but not overly attentive, allowing us time and space while also being present. That’s not a skill you see much in retail these days. It was very impressive. Service was very quick (added a kick stand). And maybe it was the MN tattoo on the employees arm, but he is definitely an asset to the store with his friendly and caring attitude.
