But they were very nice and helped in every way they could. I rescued a rott-husky mix soon after this and I couldnt imagine taking him anywhere else for care❤️"

"The woman at the front desk made my experience absolutely miserable. I had to get my cat euthanized and she was extremely rude and made HORRIBLE comments to me about my poor cat. She made it ten times harder than it should have been and the stuff she said to me was so upsetting and depressing. I hope she doesn’t keep her job here because it is DEFINITELY not the right place for her to be. I didn’t get her name but she had long brown hair and glasses. And no she is not required by law to tell me DETAILS of HOW that testing is done. All she is required to tell me is that they had to test him."

"Such a professional and friendly atmosphere! Back in April we had to put our precious Queen down due to Cancer. Everyone was so sympathetic and compassionate. Even the lady who use to groom her came in with us. No animal on the face of this Earth can ever replace Queen, but last week we were blessed with a Chihuahua, Such a sweet, small, danity little thing! They gave him his shots and loved on Prince as they did with Queen!! I would highly recommend if you with a facility who will really care for your pet as though it's there own baby!!"

"My Shepard Myles got out of the yard sometime in the middle of the night. He seriously injured his back leg. I walked into JAH and my brother was carrying him. We were new to the state and hadn't even set up a vet yet. They didn't even blink and they got us into a room immediately. It was a long drawn out treatment that took a couple months of sedation and dressing changes. They took good care of him. It's honestly been one thing after another since we got here in February but they have seen all three of my pets for different reasons. My only concern is that even though they've seen the pets I keep needing to bring them in for treatment. It's a good spot with good people."
