"DOCK 86 and Hom, has a lot to chose from. "Attentive" salespeople. We picked our a couch, picking out delivery and payment was a speedy process. Delivery was scheduled for a 2 hour window. On the delivery day, that window passed with NO notice that they were running late. I had to reach out, as I had a friend available for that 2 hour window. I understand deliveries can be delayed. They should have called when they were off delivery schedule. Well over 1 hour late. Then when I got home, the couch is waaaaay darker than the one in the showroom. I went back to Dock 86 and showed the salesperson the pictures of my couch. She agreed. Nothing they can do. Other than pick out a whole new couch. Pewter is apparently Dark Grey."
