"As a single mom with a son who has autism I don't have much of a social life. I take myself out on dates and I come here often. Every time I come with my babies the service here is beyond helpful and friendly. People of color are not treated fairly here and not many places stroller and kid friendly . So it's a treasure to go somewhere and your color does not take away from the service. Not many things to like about Minnesota but if you're downtown and just want a quick peaceful lunch. Yep this the place to go for sure✅"

"The portion sizes and quality of the food when ordering through door dash is trash. Don’t recommend and is a complete waste of money."

"I shared part of a burrito with my friend. It was very spicy, and per usual was packed to perfection. It was made well. The interior of the restaurant was filled with dirty tables that a crew member should have wiped down, due to the consistency and high volume of customers. It's Fall, and all surfaces should be wiped down more frequently. On the plus side, the bathrooms had a code. Everything was very clean and spotless. It smelled like it had been cleaned recently."

"We were in town for a sports tournament. This was over St. Patty's day weekend 2023. This location is simply understaffed and either doesn't have proper leadership on site or does no know how to prioritize orders. We ordered a larger order between several families on the app at 8:45 PM. The estimated time to be ready was 9:20 PM. A couple of us headed out to pick up food for the group. When we arrived, There was a rather long line of people there to pick up on line orders. Time continued to go by and no sign of our orders being made. All the while, as people walked in, they got the food. This began to get frustrating and several people began to start asking where was their food. At one point, I heard one of the workers say they are out of steak, which is what I ordered. I asked about it and was told I'll get barbacoa, (I do not like barbacoa!). Finally they locked the doors at 10:00 which was closing time and started turning away people. They also turned away people that had already ordered food and paid for it! I could continue to rant but it's not worth it. The attached photo was taken at 9:59 and the line is of people that ordered online. Everyone would literally cheer when they heard they were getting their food. Corporate needs to either do better training or they need to pay better wages to get more employees. We did finally get our food, although much of it was made with whatever they had on hand and not what was ordered at 10:20 PM. Some of those people in line did not. I'd suggest when online orders become too much, stop taking walk in orders, that is what our local Chipolte does and at least people can get what they ordered. I will finish by saying my wife did submit a complaint through the app and got 2 free meals and 3 drinks however this is very little in comparison to the frustration it it caused. In the end, we all survived...."

"Nice place and fresh food. Just need to focus on cleaning the tables once people finish eating. Most desks were dirty and needed a proper cleaning. Food is similar to all other chipotle and no complain on quality. Not so crowded on Saturday and that makes it easy to access"
