"Randy was just amazing! He listened so intently to what I wanted and the reasoning behind it. He took my own drawing of my little girls feeding tube and helped me create the perfect tattoo to share her story! It was my first tattoo and he made me feel comfortable, well heard, and like he truly cared. He shared his expertise in where would be good places to have this tattoo and was not hesitant to tell how it might feel (it actually wasn't too bad!) He invested time and loving energy into a very very special tat and I am so grateful for his kindness and hope to stay in touch and even bring little one in to meet him! Thanks so much Randy!!"
