University Village Apartments, located on Lake Drive in Magnolia, Arkansas, offers upperclass students the opportunity to live in fully-furnished 2 or 4 bedroom apartments. Each bedroom includes a single sleeping space with a full-size bed, desk, desk chair, chest, and ceiling fan. The shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom are equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.

Residents of University Village Apartments have access to the Village Clubhouse, which features a lounge area, swimming pool, free laundry facilities, and even a Panda Express.
