"So unprofessional!! Especially in the way they communicate. Or lack there of. I’ve never been hung up on by a dentist office until today. I could understand if I was being vulgar but just for asking questions? That’s not ok. If you’re having that bad of a morning, just stay home. I also discovered, upon speaking with my insurance company that the employee I spoke with, Sky, is very misinformed and provides false reasoning because of it. A little education on the topic at hand would go a long way."
