"Bob is a great guy, sure he does great work.. bought Irish setter boots and felt great till sole blew out.. he promptly, refunded my money in full after 4 months, promptly got new pair of Red Wing boots.. great salesmanship.. within a week I couldn walk in boots, let alone work. This pair is not for me,,. Nothing against owner,, but will Never buy another pair of Redwings as long as I live.. currently sending boots back.. only wore a dozen times.. hope Bob can find some use for them.."
