"I called earlier in the day and asked if they took appointment I was advised that they did so I made an appointment for 6:00. Once we arrived I waited about 40 minutes and still was not helped. I was then told that the women working there would assist us. After she finished up with her customer she turned her light off and walked out. She made eye contact and didn’t say anything at all... just walked out. We were looking for a new barber and unfortunately did not find it at this shop."

"I was visiting from out of town and based on all the good reviews I thought I'd swing by to give it a try. I must've walked in at the wrong time because the service was extremely awkward and unprofessional. I went in at 10am and there were 3 barbers, 1 was occupied with a customer. I stood by the door for what felt like two minutes while the other 2 stood around like they didn't see me. I then asked if they were taking walk-ins, and a barber proceeded to mumble something as he walked past me and turned his back to me. He asked a barber in the corner to cut my hair and that barber said "why can't you do it?" They began debating who should cut my hair. Eventually corner guy cut my hair. The hair cut itself was decent. Asked for a high fade, and trim half an inch off the top. Barber did the fade and asked if he was done because he thought the top was fine. I wasn't going to make him do what he didn't want to. I'll have my barber finish it in a few weeks. 1 star for half the cut I asked, and another star for... actually agreeing to cut my hair?..."
