"I have been waiting on food from Pizza Hut for over 3 hours. They have been dismissive of me and do not care. I just called and told them that I had to put my small children to bed hungry because they never got the food we ordered at 6:30. The response I got from the manager, Chris, was “uh huh” and then a hang up. I doubt I will ever receive the food I was charged for. This is unacceptable service that needed to be vented to Tahlequah. They literally stole my money and left us hungry. I’m only posting this because I have no clue what else to do I’ve called corporate."

"Absolutely unfortunate experience. We ordered pizza online went to pick it up waited in line at the drive up window waited a good 20 minutes the lady working acknowledged you at the window and ignored you. We called to let them know there were people at the window lady answered and hung up. So then we got out of line went and parked and went inside . They were not busy they only had one occupied table. We were at the counter and someone was calling she picked the phone up and let it hang and walked away. And then started to say they were short handed and refused to give the managers contact."
