"Called for a walk-in whoever was on the phone said they could take me, I asked how much the haircut would be they said $40. I respond with an "okay cool , I'll be over in thirty minutes", the guy said fine. When I get there noone says hey, they're all joking and laughing and I was waiting for about 20 minutes before asking them "Hey are you guys The barbers?" One of them responds so I ask him when I can get my hair cut, he asks if I'm reserved or walk in , I say walk in and he proceeds to tell me that they can't take me as a client... none of em, not even the one who called me...... keep in mind they're all joking and one dude is sweeping..... Unprofessional. If you want to walk-in to a barber, please go to the MOA not here..."

It seems like their focus is more on squeezing extra dollars from customers than providing quality service.
