"Called for a walk-in whoever was on the phone said they could take me, I asked how much the haircut would be they said $40. I respond with an "okay cool , I'll be over in thirty minutes", the guy said fine. When I get there noone says hey, they're all joking and laughing and I was waiting for about 20 minutes before asking them "Hey are you guys The barbers?" One of them responds so I ask him when I can get my hair cut, he asks if I'm reserved or walk in , I say walk in and he proceeds to tell me that they can't take me as a client... none of em, not even the one who called me...... keep in mind they're all joking and one dude is sweeping..... Unprofessional. If you want to walk-in to a barber, please go to the MOA not here..."

"Attempting to get a simple haircut turned into a frustrating ordeal. The staff's arrogance was palpable, and the pressure to make an appointment, even in an empty barbershop, was infuriating. It seems like their focus is more on squeezing extra dollars from customers than providing quality service. I'd strongly caution anyone considering Nubian Lab to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a disheartening experience."
