When I asked for a refund she said if you don’t have your money back in 3-5 days call customer service . Update : it’s been 6 days and they still haven’t refunded my money . They took $92 dollars from me and I don’t have a shoe purchase or my money"

"I just wanted to compliment Christian, a sales associate at the Bass Pro Pkwy location. He is the friendliest, most helpful young man! Went shopping for school clothes with my son last week and he helped us. He was wonderful that day! Today, took my daughter school clothes shopping and the minute we walked in the store, he greeted us with a smile and "how can I help you today?" Before I could even answer, he said "you don't remember me, do you?" As he was walking towards us, I stated I did remember him from last week and he gave me a big hug because he said "we are like family." Christian just put the biggest smile on my face because of his true care and concern....don't find that much with customer service these days, unfortunately. We started browsing and he checked on us frequently, all while he was helping other customers. When we were checking out, he explained how he actually remembered us from last year when we were school clothes shopping then. Truly amazing, I absolutely remember him from last summer as well! I was so bummed to hear that he will be leaving; although excited to hear that he is going off to college! What a wonderful asset he surely has been to this company. THIS YOUNG MAN WILL DO GREAT THINGS IN HIS FUTURE!!!! I just want Christian to know, he will be missed but never forgotten for his kindness! "This store believes in what you see is what you get. And by that I mean options. Their laid out in easy to walk rows with a great variety of shoes and sandals for you down to your bouncing baby. The staff were all young but that didn't stop them from knowing what they were about and they were helpful and kind too. Their prices aren't half bad either."

"Great selection, low prices and friendly staff. Famous footwear is a great place to find some of the formal style shoes and high end shoes. The ladies at the store were very helpful and complementary. What I mean is they were very nice one of them said she liked my jeans, which was nice. I realize that’s not really part of the stores business but hey it just tells you how nice the staff. Stop to give it a try I know you would like the selection."
