"I needed a haircut today and decided to try Shiftys. I'm just going to start by saying I'm not impressed at all with my hair and how it was done. I had what must have been someone who was training cut my hair and I let him know a #4 on the sides and back and an inch minimum on top. A 1/4 of an inch later and two bald spots on the side of my head later, I had to request the left side of my head get matched up better with the right side. Then I had ask for more off the top, he said he will do another 1/4 of an inch. Now at home, looking at it more, while he did decent on the top, I still see two bald spots on the side of my head that I have no idea why he did that. I also at the start let him know I need to do something with my beard, he never bothered to come back to it. The guy who cut my hair was super nice and friendly, and the barbershop itself was a nice looking shop, but for $40 whether your training or not you should be able to have your customers walk out knowing what they spent was well worth it."

I wasn't sure what style I wanted and was basicly clueless, so I trusted him to help me decide. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He made the time go by fast with good conversation, and by the time it was done, I looked the best I have looked in a long time. In short, I'll be back and Brian's my guy."
